Refund Policy
Last updated: August 2026
1. Nature of digital goods
Items sold on Kelyxa — photos, videos, icons, fonts, and 3D models — are digital assets delivered instantly upon payment. By completing a purchase, you expressly acknowledge that performance begins immediately and, to the extent permitted by applicable consumer law, you agree that this constitutes a waiver of any statutory withdrawal or cooling-off period once the download has been unlocked.
Because of this, and except as described below, all sales are final, whether paid by card, by points, or by a mix of both.
2. When a refund may be available
We will review refund requests made within 14 days of purchase where: you were charged in error or charged more than once for the same item; the delivered file is corrupted, materially incomplete, or does not match the listing description; the transaction was unauthorized and reported promptly; or a technical fault in the Platform caused a duplicate charge across a single cart checkout.
Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed outside of these circumstances, including for change of mind, incompatibility with your intended use or software, or dissatisfaction with creative choice.
3. How to request a refund
Email us via the address on our Contact page with your order reference (visible on your PDF invoice, available from your account's order history), the item(s) affected, and a description of the issue. We aim to respond within 5 business days.
4. Approved refunds
Where a refund is approved: the card portion of the purchase is issued back to the original payment method through our payment processor; any portion of the purchase that was paid with points is restored to your points balance rather than refunded by other means. Once a refund is issued, your license to use the downloaded asset (see the License Agreement) is revoked and any further use must cease.
For a multi-item cart order, a refund may be issued for the specific item(s) affected rather than the entire order, where the issue relates to only one item.
5. Contributor sales
If a sale is refunded, the corresponding contributor earning for that transaction is reversed from the contributor's earnings balance. If the earnings have already been withdrawn via a payout, we may recover the amount through future earnings or by other lawful means.
6. Wallet top-ups
Points top-ups charged to a card are, once completed, generally non-refundable except where required by applicable law or where the top-up resulted from a verified technical fault or unauthorized transaction, in which case Section 2 above applies by analogy.
