Kelyxa respects the intellectual property rights of others and requires contributors to represent that they hold the necessary rights to the content they upload, across every supported type — photos, videos, icons, fonts, and 3D models (including preview gallery images). We respond to properly submitted notices of alleged infringement.

If you believe content on the Platform infringes your copyright or other intellectual property rights, send a written notice via the email address on our Contact page including: (a) identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed; (b) the URL or listing ID of the allegedly infringing content; (c) your contact information; (d) a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized; and (e) a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorized to act on their behalf.

Upon receiving a valid notice, we will act expeditiously to remove or disable access to the reported content, and will notify the contributor who uploaded it. Repeated, substantiated infringement by a contributor may result in suspension or termination of their account and forfeiture of pending payouts pending investigation.

A contributor who believes their content was removed in error may submit a counter-notice with: identification of the removed content and its prior location; a statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was a mistake or misidentification; and consent to the jurisdiction described in our Terms of Service. We may reinstate the content unless the original complainant initiates legal action within the timeframe required by applicable law.

We maintain a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, accounts of contributors who are found to be repeat infringers.
