License Agreement

Upon successful payment, Kelyxa grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide license to use the downloaded asset — a photo, video, icon (or icon pack), font, or 3D model — for personal and commercial purposes, subject to the restrictions in this Agreement. Ownership of and underlying intellectual property rights in the asset are not transferred to you.

Incorporating the asset into digital and print projects, including websites, apps, games, marketing materials, presentations, video productions, and product packaging.

Modifying, resizing, recoloring, retopologizing (for 3D models), or otherwise editing the asset to suit your project.

Using the asset across an unlimited number of end-products, for the license holder's own projects or on behalf of a single client per purchase, unless an extended license is purchased.

You may not resell, sublicense, rent, or redistribute the downloaded asset as a standalone file, whether modified or not, including via other stock marketplaces, template kits, 3D asset marketplaces, or print-on-demand catalogs where the asset itself is the primary deliverable.

You may not claim exclusive ownership of, or register for trademark or copyright protection over, an unmodified downloaded asset.

You may not use the watermarked preview version — including preview images, preview video clips (with or without audio), font specimen images, icon pack preview sheets, or 3D model gallery renders — for any purpose other than evaluating the asset prior to purchase.

Certain assets may carry additional restrictions noted on their listing page (for example, limits on use in identifiable branding); such listing-specific terms take precedence over this general Agreement.

Font and icon-pack licenses additionally permit embedding within software and digital products (including web font embedding) for the license holder's own products, but do not permit redistributing the raw font or icon source files as a standalone downloadable product.

3D model licenses permit use of the model file in games, renders, animations, 3D-printed physical objects for your own use or sale as a finished product, and other interactive or non-interactive media, but do not permit redistributing the raw model file (in its original or a converted format) as a standalone downloadable 3D asset.

This license terminates automatically if you breach this Agreement, or if the underlying purchase is refunded or the payment is reversed. Upon termination you must stop using the asset in any new projects; use in materials already published prior to termination need not be undone.

Assets are licensed "as is". Kelyxa does not warrant that any given asset is fit for a particular purpose, compatible with any particular software or hardware, or free of third-party claims beyond the representations made by the contributor at the time of upload.
